Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Working from their California studio, Steve King and Christine Gonsalves design this beautiful animal jewelry. Pieces are made of recycled silver by Chinese artisans skilled in cloisonne, fused glass art. All work is done in as ecofriendly manner as possible, not only using recycled materials, but alternative energy where possible. Wear it with pride- you won't find anything else like it! NOTE: Since piece is recycled silver, it is NOT stamped 925 Dragonflies belong to the Order of animals Odonata. All Odonates start life as gill-breathing larva living in water. After 2-5 years, they metamorphose into winged adults and breathe through spiracules (holes) in their abdomen. Dragonflies have voracious appetites, using their large compound eyes and keen eyesight to prey on small animals. Contrary to popular belief, dragonflies cannot sting or harm humans in any way! In fact, dragonglflies are extremely beneficial-for they eat large quantities of insect pests such as flies, mosquitoes, midges, and gnats.
