Had I paid the full price, I would have been extremely disappointed because of its size; however, this pendant, which is really more of a "charm," is quite beautiful.

The price on this pendant with the amethyst is plummetting and I'm sure it will soon be out of stock, so if it's still available you might want to get several - think stocking stuffers!
So, 3 stars? Well, that's because if I'd paid regular price I'd be disappointed. This pendant is extremely dainty. Half of it is the bail, which you can make out from the product page. With the measurements given, I thought it would still be a nice-looking pendant, and it is, but it's awfully tiny. It does look nice with my Sterling Silver 1 mm Round Cut Italian Snake Chain Necklace, 18". The workmanship is very pretty. Please note the amethyst is very dark. It looks almost like I'm wearing a nearly-white pendant with a nearly-black stone.
I'd give it 4 stars if it wasn't for the proportion of bail to pendant. The bail is just too large. It makes it look a bit cheap, but it's really a nice piece of silver.
